Diet help?

This may help, it was what i was told by my personal trainer.

Eat more at breakfast.
and less at dinner time.

but every two hours, eat something bcos the body things no food has come in for several hours so it stores your next meal time as fat!
But eat something healthy, as in fruit ect.

(tell me if i am right)

Basically, that's right. I'd say eat 5-6 times daily, usually once every three hours, and eat equal amounts each time.

close to what i believe in

i say like above, 5-6 meals a day roughly 3 hours apart from each other. base each meal off protein first, then healthy carbs and fats. if you do protein/carbs or protein/fats thats fine too

the research supporting smaller multiple meals daily is clear (i dont have any handy but its out there).

and just for the record, carbs at night before bed are fine as long as its quality foods and does not put you over your numbers for the day. proteins and fats are more beneficial but some carbs wont hurt if you have any

I'm assuming by "quality foods" you mean that the carbs are complex rather than sugars?

natural carbs over refined carbs. i dont see sugar from fruit as being a negative here although i say protein and fats should be emphasized :)

So like...between breakfest and lunch eat a bananna or something? Then inbetween luch and dinner some carrots? Or more than that?

base meals off protein first

The word protein is derived from the Greek word "Proteios,"which literally means "of prime importance." Much of what we see when we look in the mirror is protein — our skin, hair, fingernails and muscles, for instance.

Enzymes, hormones and antibodies, all critical to the function of the body, are types of proteins. Enzymes facilitate various chemical reactions in the body (e.g. breaking down food during digestion). Hormones such as insulin and thyroid regulate the body in many ways. (NOTE: Not all hormones are proteins - estrogen and testosterone, for example, are sterols). Antibodies, which are proteins, make up a critical part of the body's immune system.

then add in some carbs and/or fats. fruits, veggies, nuts, etc
