Diet help please

hi i have been cutting since early april and i went from 202 pounds to 184. I don't follow a specific diet but i usually only eat 4 times a day with healthy foods and i run 3 times a week. I also HIIT train for one of those 3 running days. For some reason now my weight has spiked up 188 but i have not done anything different. Maybe my body is adjusted to my routine or something but i was wondering what i should do to get back on track. Thanks! Oh i also still lift regularly a full body workout usually 4 days a week.
 
well i start each morning with a small bowl of cereal usually smart start healthy heart of raisin bran no sugar added to either. For lunch i will have a bunch of grapes and a sandwich with either turkey, ham, or roast beef and some kind of cheese. Dinner could be spaghetti, ham, steak, beef and noodles, tacos, just about any type of dinner food but i make them all so they are not too greasy or anything. That's about what i eat in a day i also have craisins to snack on but not a whole lot. Any advice?
 
Yes, you need to be eating more often, alot more often. You need a lot more protein as well, with what you have, it's almost impossible to get enough when you only have it in two meals. Put some with every meal/snack and eat atleast 6 times a day.
