Can someone sugegst a suitable diet for a 200mg/day 2 week DNP regime?

Currently I am planning on:

breakfast - small bowl of oats and honey
mid morning - blueberries
lunch - tuna sandwich
mid afternoon raspberries
dinner - a diet shake with a banana

and lots of water.

Is there a diet controlled way of keeping the heat down?

Thanks everyone, hopefully someone can help.

Does DNP stand for dinitrophenol? I don't want to rain on your parade, but isn't that a very dangerous drug? I didn't think it was legal anymore.

I have no idea what DNP is, but the diet you've described is dangerously low in nutrients and calories.

Read the stickies in the nutrition forums to get more information on how to eat a properly balanced diet and figure the correct number of calories to eat.

Yeah, it's dinitro. It's safe if used responsibly, I'd not suggest anyone take it lightly. Legal here in the UK.

I'm an experienced dieter, was just wondering if anyone had knowledge on keeping the side effects to a minimum. I'm not fining it bad at all thinking about how fast I can lose the fat but was worrying a little on antioxidant intake on a low calorie diet. Should I be adding some kind of supplement do you think? I'm chewing through fruit every day, berries mostly, but then get some stomach acid issues which I'm dealing with using normal rennies.

DNP Weight Loss

Hi Jenny,

I've just started taking DNP but in tablet form - yes, tablets.

I'm currently on Day 3 and have setup a website for feedback and people to follow my results.

I'm not taking anything else apart from multivitamins. If you would like to read about my progress and see the tables then please take a look and feel free to comment:

I'm sure you and anyone else that's interested in DNP will find it interesting.

Thanks,
Mark
