Well, I recently discovered the Friscatta sandwhiches from wendeys and I Love them..they dont seem like a bad meal and I could eat them everyday, It's usually just turkey and swiss with baked chips..Any advice?

Thats suprising..but hey..if it keeps me from the big macs and cookies....I had recently looked at the back of white bread labels..I never even imagined that 2 slices of bread could be 110 cal. , Has anyone had any good experience with the subway diet? I'm sure I can find something good tehre and I usually have fast food everyday.

They do make a low calorie white bread (Wonder Bread puts it out) where 2 slices is 80 calories. That's what I get, because I haven't quite gotten my mouth used to the idea of wheat bread. And wheat bread just doesn't make quite the same grilled cheese sandwhiches.

The post above is right... the Wonder Light bread is greaattt. I think the only difference is that they slice it smaller but I don't really notice. Instead of baked potato chips I eat the Light potato chips (Lay's brand I think). They aren't very healthy in the digestion (the cause "looseness") because of the olestra they put in rather than oil, but it only has I think 70 calories for one serving (1 WW pnt for those of you on it!). The olestra didn't cause any trouble for me but I know it did for some other people. **Mmm... cheddar sour cream :D
