Diet: Cut the CRAP!

Here's a helpful tip: If you just cut out the CRAP and instead eat more FOOD you'll lose weight....

C = Carbonated beverages
R = Refined sugars
A = Artificial sweeteners
P = Processed foods

instead:

F = Fruits and vegetables
O = Organic lean protein
O = Omega 3 fatty acids
D = Drink water

Having 3 well balanced meals and a couple snacks in between will keep you full and your metabolism boosted through out the day.
