6 egges and 1/2 a can of tuna for breakfast??

Do you not maybe want to eat something which suits your lifestyle a little more? if your weight training then I could see this type of breakfast working but fact is a calorie is a calorie, eat too many of them you will gain weight, even it its all from protein. Maybe look at normalising things a bit more, something like 30-50grams of cereal, porridge OR musli OR fruit and a yogurt OR similar.

Same goes for the rest of your day. Work out your calorie requirement, work out the calories from your food. Do as much exercise as you want you wont lose weight until your diets in check.

I don't know about exercising with back issues, I'd say it depends on how far along the line of recovery you are. Maybe get some sort of idea from your doctor or see a physio, you really need to look at rehabilitation before working out a set programme or your at risk of making things even worse and going 10 steps backwards.

Add in some fish oils (omega 3+6) which in my experience can help the body repair but you really gotta get good quality stuff and take it every day for atleast 2 weeks to get any sort of a benefit. I notice I get more injuries when I forget to take the pills for a few days.

Remember to weigh and measure everything. Even an egg can vary on calorie amount and where weight loss goes you need to be exact and really check and double check everything you eat. Even manufacturers can get the weights wrong so its worth double cheking packets of things too. You may also be suprized at just how many calories you are eating as its so very easy to slip out of a normalised pattern, can happen to anyone.

Your diet seems very protein heavy and light on anything else - including veg and fruit, which are kinda important.

As far as exercise, I don't think anyone here is qualified to advise you on exercise, considering that you've got an ongoing back injury. I'd suggest talking to your doctor or seeing if you can meet with a trainer / therapist who specializes in sports medicine and can provide you with a routine that will help build strength in your back. Otherwise, any advice you might get here could be potentially harmful.

Most weight loss programs consist of fad diets which work in the short term but usually fail in the long term since these most people cannot stay on these type of diet forever. The most sensible way to lose weight is through a proper nutritional and exercise program.

You can start out slowly and build up activity gradually over a period of months. This will help avoid soreness and injury. Both cutting back on calories and moving more will help you lose weight and maintain the lean muscle mass needed to boost metabolism.

I think KaraCooks is right, it's better to talk with your doctor first or see a specialist/ therapist who specializes in sports medicine. Then you can also ask them for suggestions on what food to take and what minor exercise to do to loss weight.

It is really wondering to me that how can you digest it all. I think your exercise schedule is very hard to digest the food. I am really appreciated for your schedule of exercises and diet.
