diet advice

just wondering if this diet seems alrite
its based more on protein since i am working out ... high carb breakfast ... then low carbs until around 2ish .. then try to stay away from them in the evening.

wake up - 10am

1030am - interval running for 20 minutes (4km)
(wait an hour to eat)

12pm - Protein shake w/multivitamin 160
Bowl of Vector (55carbs) 300

lunch
1pm - oatmeal bar 200
protein shake 160

4pm - can of tuna (200)
small handful of peanuts (100)

Dinner
6-7pm - 6oz chicken breast 300
Rice or veggies 100

10-11ish pm (before bed) - protein shake 160
multivitamin
small snack 40

it comes out to about 1700ish calories and 180g protein.
this is on a non workout day ... for workout days i have my breakfast earlier and workout after that .. then take some creatine and have protein shake and next meal bout an hour post workout. not the only foods i eat either .. just an example.
i also eat fruits during the earlyish day... also things like eggs etc.
also try to drink alot of water.

anything wrong with this ? maybe eat the rice more earlier in the day. but ne ways .. hope to get some input.
