Didn't do before and afters so here's what I have... started at 181 (1st photo about 175).... Lost 31 (current pink shirt 150) .......... Goal 138-140 And to do good maintainance

Thanks Henry! My strategy is first of all I quit fast food, I just don't see any reason anymore to use a drive through.... I never want to slack on exercise, there might be a few days or a week that I slack, but I hope I will never go more than a week without going on a walk/run/jog... or just getting in push ups, crunches, lunges, whatever. I don't do a gym and it works better. I don't need anything and I can be anywhere and take walks do pushups. It is manageable. I also just try to choose healthy and not revert back to junk... get satisfied or comfortable but not full or really full like I used to
