More people’s perception when doing physical-exercise is based on “popularity”
Rather than the “importance” of exercise?

The problem with today's people is that they don’t learn anything new because they “know” everything. Thoughts and beliefs should be tied to experience to know what you should understand too know. This can be attributed to a person’s present-health and physical exercise ability. We call this "Belief versus Behavior".
The knowledge of health and exercise can only be useful and have meaning if you can make it work for you and with you.
By simply knowing about health or exercise is a lack of substance that is significant in regards to gaining better health and the right fitness.
What makes-up human-health is the chemistry of the human-body not the mind-set from a human-mind; one creates substance and the other creates a "style".
Which one do you live through?

The following will be information that you exercise-fitness buffs might not know of as of yet but will after reading this. And for now, this is all you need to know until you can do…right and well.

DID YOU KNOW…

To Be Efficient, You Must Be Effective…When Exercising.
This compliments to make exercise time, use of energy and physical conditioning motions productive and benefiting towards a person’s goals for a change of health and fitness. This combination blends in with living a life and being alive to it!
Efficiency is doing the Right things. Effective is doing things Right.
This in terms of exercise is called Economical Motion – using efficient energy with an effective movement through time.
This creates the CPR affect – Continuous Progressive Response. A result that is not immediately seen but is felt when moves/action are correctly or incorrectly sensed quickly through the exercise.

Exercise is not all an external but internal working mechanism of subtle inner functions. It is an integration of communication among the heart-brain-body and feelings from within. A unity of acting in harmony that creates a state of conditioning called better inner health.
Here, all human behavior components are communicating in a “natural” manner, so to accommodate its instantaneous informational responses relating to why, what, and how it is affecting the “exerciser” from within the human body, sensed by a human being, used for human life.
The mental-consciousness of being physically-aware to this inner affect is by feeling to know what is happening within you as you move with the exercise and by how you are feeling through the exercise.
A few basic practices of Conscious-Awareness are beginning by trying not to be aware rather ibeing awareness.
It is have a "bi-sensual" collective-effort.

Know that the place is here and the time is now when you exercise.
Quiet your mind (so a mind can learn) and use your bodily senses to gain attention that is not forced but "gathered".
Feel too know how you breathe and if utilizing the right posture (both physical and mental) when exercising.
How you control the motion of the exercise to its distance of comfort only comes by feeling this not thinking it. The way that you directly feel through and from the selected exercises will only happen to be fully sensed in the present moment.
Being Efficient and Effective at the very moment will help to create-generate an inner relationship to what, when, where, how and who of exercising. This for sure will help put back what might be missing when working out…You!

Each Person Must Learn Too Understand Exercise Before Just Doing It.
Preparation is the means to achieve.
Self-Educating oneself about health (your own to start with) and physical wellness is the key to sensible developments, satisfying improvements and a healthier way to grow by.
This will be a journey in discovering are we "maturing" or are we "aging"???

Exercising the mind is every bit as important to a person’s health and physical fitness before taking off to go punishing the quads (legs), bulking the pecs (chest), blasting the biceps, crunching the abs (abdominal) and jumping up down side to side.

Having the proper understanding of physical progressive exercise helps the constant learning and comprehension of the ongoing-health changes and the “doing” of encountering exercises that becomes a general part of your way of living that includes a way in-being.
From what you think to know can be different from what your body needs to understand.
Why?
How much of your head do you see moving around while you are “physically” exercising?
Do we ever measure the body-fat% of the human-head?
Most of our health and fitness circmstances/issues consist of the human-body's various locations right?

Exercising is a learning-teaching-re-education system that works in a cycle/process order.
In self-learning you will teach and in teaching you learn. You are both the student and the teacher.
As the student, you learn about exercise that gives you some degree of knowledge.
You become the teacher by using that knowledge to teach your body the inward-outward movements.
But as in all of life’s educational schooling, there is one drawback.
We may all to go to school to learn but we all get educated differently.
A problem with this in regards to one’s physical education of exercise is that there is a lack of understanding and there is inadequate self-learning and teaching out there in the community health facilities. This is exposed by how he or she is using their knowledge actively applying it when training. His or her self-teaching turns into “self-hypnosis.”

Realizing to recognize the basic concepts, principles and fundamentals of human-health through physical progressive exercise movements as well as the internal functioning systems needs to be introduced, and incorporated thoroughly in any type of wholesome physical conditioning program.
The education and the learning of this method of teaching can be taught from a procedure called:
Anatomical Sensual Awareness Perception or simply ASAP.
(Bet you never heard of that before, exercise buffs.)

We have to approach present health changes and physical progressive exercises from a healthier and realistic valid standpoint.
So now...wouldn't/shouldn't/mustn't one be building themselves up instead of beating themselves up?!!!
