DID YOU KNOW???? Part Four

“Did You Know…Part Four”
“The outer is the inner and there should be no division.
Every exercise movement begins and ends within our body.
The body lives with this understanding.
Have you, the exerciser, realize this?”

YOU ALREADY KNOW?

ABDOMINAL - It’s not how “fit” they look but How Well They Work!
Besides working on one’s PMS -”Pretty Muscle Syndrome” - the ego of the human being, this has no actual functional-health benefits.

When it comes to the human abdominal and physical progressive exercise, its health takes a back seat to its look of fitness.
When it come down to it, what you see is what you are suppose to get from doing abdominal exercises, I would rather look away and exercise for the health of the abdominal.

Possessing a look from fit abdominal does not represent an achievement of healthy abdominal.
This is because the purpose of the abdominal was to not look strong but be strong and healthy.
The strength of these “wash board” muscles is to serve and protect the vital compartment called the Abdominal Cavity.

When one examines what it is that is sheltered in this inner part of the body and understand why the abdominal is situated in that area of the human body, the health of the abdominal might in turn then be priority than the look of the abdominal.
(I’m not going to do your homework. Go take a look and study this for yourself.)

When one is asked “why do you or why are you exercising the abdominal?”
There will be several usual “surface” reasons.
Here are the normal ones:
“I want to flatten my stomach.”
“I need to strengthen my low back.”
“I would like to get the blocks.”
“To make my waist thinner.”
“To look fit and healthy.”
“To help my posture.”

These are all “fit reasons” to exercise the abdominal.
The problem people will encounter from exercising the abdominal begins with a lack of understanding the reality behind their purpose.

The stomach is not the abdominal. It is an organ located lower left under the rib cage.
The right diet, nutrition and progressive exercise will help to “flatten” the belly-gut.

The abdominal crunch or sit-ups is “suppose” to work the upper abdominal.
The low back is located in the lower back area.
Why are people than working the upper abdominal area?
Helping the low-back, do exercises that “involve and engage” the whole area; front-back, right-left, top-bottom that means no-division but a functional-collective-effort.

To make the waist thinner, by bigger size shorts. (Joke)
The same tried and true principles for a “flatter-tummy” area are still the healthiest to use and work from.

“Trying to look good and physically-fit?”
You are on your own. I don’t work on aesthetic fitness and imaginative health.

Have good posture. Ideal posture begins with deep-slow breathing from the lower abdominal, allowing the breath to lead the way up-down in creating a healthy-posture.

But the healthiest reason to exercise the health of the abdominal is because it works to help with the respiration, breathing, blood-flow, brain, immune-system and the other functional obligations to the health of the human body.

FOR YOU TOO KNOW…

For now, this would be enough to think about or even question.
However this information is communicated to you, by how you interpret it, is simply written to create an openness of new thoughts, actions and feelings.
The “offering” of why, what and how the written information was presented is just the beginning in bringing back to your human inborn life’s health, a conscious-awareness and profound attention through and from physical progressive exercising right.

These are just some of the things people who aggressively exercise don’t know too much about.
These are some of the things those who teach exercise may not even know of to teach.
And if they say they do, then they have a common ability to know it but barely expose the practical skill of understanding to do it and to do it efficiently, effectively, consistently and consciously.

There is too much academically, theoretical and technical theory put in personal training sessions that go beyond the logical common- sense of exercising.

There is also the added feature of specific athletic training methods included in general exercise routines that are short term that is not realistic in developing and improving one’s health which is meant to be long term.

Exercise should not be a complex or complicated procedure.
Exercise is learning to practice a form of art that will later become formless.
This is understood and recognized and the human physical art of moving upon the least path of resistance.
Two words that equated to three. The two are beauty and sensitivity:
Through motions of beauty combined with the sensitivity of genuine feelings.
This creates an emotional substance of inner/inborn health functions that are living and giving the human-body and a human-being its human-life.

Exercise is substance that moves natural and well, to create, generate and elevate one’s health.
Exercise is the brush and health is the canvas. You are the artist (the exerciser).
Exercise - It should be simple, compatible and enjoyable. So it will be consistent.

People that exercise and those who teach exercise should learn to enter and begin their health and exercise program with a mindful of awareness and a body full of attention.
This is the “true nature” of exercise. It is not bringing yesterday’s fix-thinking or tomorrow’s idea of achievements.
One’s exercise(s) are always fresh and new for we do not breathe the same breath twice.

The Right Exercise With Health…
It is developing to add spirit in your health through the awareness of having the understanding of what you have learn and what it is you will be learning more about, that which is feeling better inner health and the right physical conditioning exercises working with you.
Being part of your life is being conscious about your health…and exercises.
It is in the field of the real and living…Breathe to Know and learn some more.

“Did you know” if physical-exercise is suppose to be really good for you, then how-come it is advised/suggested to check with your doctor/physician First?
…And how many of these medical professionals do exercise and exercise rightly????

In ending, “Did you know that when you are exercising, you are not exercising properly???”
This short-article “DID YOU KNOW?” is taken from the manuscript:
The Offering - H E L P: Healthy Exercise Learning Process

What’s Up-Next: THE MYTH’S OF EXERCISE – Seeing the truth in the false of knowing and action in doing.

M.J I like your article it's very interesting, I know that there are many different ways t exercise w/o getting too physical or strenuous, but those exercises are NOT for me.

I feel good when I'm pushed to the limit by myself or be it someone else but I find I push myself harder. I love to sweat and I like to leave each wrkt feeling as if I've been in a knockdown drag out fight or according to someone "something the cat dragged in" lol

I think everyone should find a wrkt that suits THAT individual and what that individual's goals are, afterall we all are different and have different body types and likes and dislikes ESPECIALLY when it comes to fitness and what their perception of that and reaching it is.

HowZit Gymjunky!

The "physical-stuff" of fitness workouts are different for each person.
Our "perception" might be different to our reality in reference to human-health and physical-fitness.

Of course one's age, interest, and overall physical-capacity plays a role in the type of exercise-fitness routine we participate in.

The only thing that remains the same for everyone is the "stuff" that comprises the human-body's biological-fuctions of livng-giving-health; the heart, the brain, respiration, vital-organs, spine, central nervous system, bones, joints, muscles and the rest of the substances we are born with.

When we understand and recognize the essential-substances of the internal-functions-structure we realize that what makes us healthy is actually soft and not hard. Ever held a human-heart?
This is why things that last for a long time are soft, pliable, flexible, strong/stable.
Things that don't last long are hard, tight, rigid and breakable.

In the realm of Martial Arts, those that teach the hard styles die early.
Those that teach the soft styles live long.
One teaches external and the other teaches internal.
Yet both still teaches with their body?

Finding a fitness-exercise routine is not hard - no matter what one's goals are.
What is hard is remembering the actual-present-health of your body.
Fitness is not a subsitute for health - it is and extension of your health.

And last thing GymJunky, the human-body has great intelligence and it will take an intelligent human-being to live with this and to live right and well.

Aloha for now...mikey
