I joined this site to feel good and healthy about myself. I hope that tracking my progress with a diary will help me achieve this. Has anyone used a diary and found success?

I started out with a diary as well. I was able to see what mistakes I made and why. I could also see more clearly where I needed to make changes.
I don't do it anymore but I was very useful when I started out.

Here's tip. Take a picture diary as well. Maybe take a picture every two months or so (I have a diary like this). Seeing your progress over time can be very motivational.

Try out the Diary section of the site. ^_^ Give it a try honey.
