Diary of a LOSER!!

Hey fellas, let me give you a guys a quick summary of myself. I joined this forum back on the first half of september. I tried hard to lose weight at that time but unfortunately, due to work pressure and some other issues, I wasn't able to continue with my weight loss regime.

I made some 2-3 weight-loss buddies. 2 of them already reached their goal weight!!! It was really depressing for me to see that they have succeeded and I didn't.

Anyways, there is never too late so I have started dieting + gymming starting this monday. and here is my dairy!!

6'0" and 94.8KG

If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?

75KG (~165 lbs)

At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?

75KG - 80KG

Why do you want to lose weight?

Maybe, to look better than what i look now.

Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?

meeting a person who once said that i am very fat! and because I am fat, nobody wants to befriend with me!

What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?

I like eating junk food. but trying to have only Subway Sandwiches as my daily dose of Junk Food

Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?

umm.. maybe because I look fat. I look different from others.

What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?

No oily or junk/fast food. exercising daily and eating good food

Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?

Exercise.. Exercise.. Exercise

Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?

I stopped exercising.

What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?

I didn't used to diet.

Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?

yes.

Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?

I don't. But my cook does

How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?

Almost daily. Subway.

What are your three favorite foods?

If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?

Maybe i'll die out of happiness if that happens. LOL
So, I guess I shouldn't think about that

YES, I DO.

Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?

NO.... maybe yes

Do you hide your food or eat in secret?

Yes, Sometimes.

Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?

No.

Do you eat as a reward?

No.

Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?

Yes

What do you normally eat for a meal?

Indian Style. Chappati/Rice. Dal, One veggie and one non veg item.

What type of snacks do you eat?

ONLY Subway 6 inch sandwiches

In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?

1 hour intense cardio. 30-45 mins of circuit training + weights


Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?

What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?

Elliptical.

What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?

So, here is what I did yesterday.

Morning:

Got up late. Had just 1 cookie.

Afternoon:

One Small Bowl of Rice
Bitter Melon Fry (Good source of Vitamins)
Egg Curry (without egg yolk)

Exercise:

20 mins cross trainer/ellipitical.
20 mins Treadmill
20 mins walk on road
30 mins weight training

Snacks:

Subway 6-inch chicken teriyaki.
One Ice tea
1/2 chicken roll. (yuckkkk)

Dinner:

One chapati
1/2 Chicken Breast.

Post Dinner (maybe at 1-2AM at night as i work till late night):

Subway 6-inch chicken teriyaki. (Not having this from now on)
One Cookie.

So, that's all I did today. I was losing some 0.7-1 pounds per day.

My weight on 29/04/2010 is

Weight: 93.9 Kilogram or 207.01 pounds
Fat Weight: 25.7%
Bone Weight: 2.9%
Water Weight: 58.6%
Muscle Weight: 43.1%


So, what you guys think about my diet? :nopity:
