An amazingly tasting recipe from the cookbook called The Mayo Clinic Williams-Sonoma, by John Phillip Carroll, 1998."The word "deviled" indicates that a dish includes mustard and spices. This flavorful, low fat mustard-based topping adds a devilish twist to steamed and then baked cauliflower. 1 slice whole wheat sandwich bread1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon2 pounds (1 large head) cauliflower, cut into florets
