Hi, I am just starting out on this weight loss journey. This is not the 1st time I've been on this journey either. Thanks to M2M for all her help in getting me started. I can eat 1256 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week. This is what I've eaten so far today. I will be attending a weight lifting class at the gym later.

1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt-100, 1 banana-105, 1/2 mixed fruit -50
Lunch - it was yummy too.
In & Out Burger-500, Fries-200
