Here is what I have started having as dessert. Thought I might share.
You need skim milk (cold), chocolate whey protein powder and whole wheat flake cereal (those that do not have sugar i.e. <1gm).
Mix them in a bowl in the proportion 2:1:1 respectively and eat. Hows that for simplicity?
