Hi everyone.

I am a new member in this forum.I am 29 year old ,my ht is 5 foot 1 inch and i weigh 135 pounds. I never had any weight issues till one year back when i started residency. My first year of residency was very hectic and i rarely got any time to take care of myself.i was always tired and depressed and i relied on food for comfort.i did not eat dinner. I would come home tired, eat chips , sleep and wake up at the middle of night to munch chocolates. When i was on call in the hospital i would eat chocolates and chips to comfort myself. The result, i could feel my growing waist and love handles.when i saw my picture that was taken few days back, i was shocked. i loooked so ugly and tired.
now i have realized that i should take care of myself and my health.i have joined gym 4 weeks back and have started watching my diet.but my wt is still stationary.i still get have bouts of binge eating.I need help from all the good people in this forum !

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you're on the right track. And I know how hectic residency can make life... happens to many people. Don't feel bad. Just feel positive that you can make the necessary changes from this point forward.

I suggest starting a diary where you can tell us more about what you plan to do to lose the weight.

You're not losing weight yet b/c your nutrition is off, I bet.

The trouble with weight loss is if you want to see results fast you have to have both a good diet and good exercise regime.

There's no other way lol.

Don't worry though just never give up dusky girl.

You've joined a gym and you workout.

Now you just need to find a way to solve your binge eating problem and you'll start seeing weight loss results.
