Hello, i'm new here and was just looking for a forum site where I could rant and get some advice.
Ok so, a bit about myself.
I would love to lose 10 - 15kg.
All my past dieting attempts have failed after one or two days.
I tend to eat when I am bored or upset, or just plain eat too much.I am 170cm/75kg.
I also have Type 1 diabeties and hypothyroidism.
I hate exercise and every diet I have ever tried (and trust me, thats a lot) has only resulted in temporary minimal weight loss.
I am sick of doing it the hard way, I hate feeling hungry all the time and I hate only seeing a few pounds drop. I just get depressed and give up.
I want a diet where I can eat normally, not count evey single calorie I consume, not end up feeling like shit because of exercise attempts, and lose weight rapidly.
I'm not too worried about health complications (sounds reckless, but anything is better than being fat)
Any suggestions?
