I am in need of advice on weight training. Looking to add size! what are the best ways, i bought a simple bench and bar , along with a curl bar.
keep in mind i am new to this and please explain in laymens terms! i do not know all the jargon. such as the term sets and reps! reps is what how m any times you actually curl or lift the weight? like say 10 times thats ten reps? and once done 1 set. Am i right?
like i isaid i am very new to this and there are no dumb questions right? i'll never know if i never ask!
