Right here goes. I am creating this more for myself than anything else. Something to keep me "accountable" for.

I am 5'6 and 196 Pounds. I am a female in my mid 20's.

I started this on the 21st October starting at 210Ibs.

I am following the herbalife diet and exercising. I am hoping to get to at least 150 Ibs. Preferably 140. But i will be happy when i get to 160 even. Basically i will be happier at ANYTHING less.

So at the gym today i done

Cross trainer - 20 mins
Rowing machine - 15 mins
Exercise bike - 10 mins
Bench press, 4 sets of 20 reps
Pec dec, 3 sets of 15 reps
Tricep push down, 4 sets of 20 reps
1 arm French press, 3 sets of 20 reps.

I had my shake after the gym and am starving now so gonna have an apple and my lunch in about an hour.

I've drank 2 litres of water so far.

My muscles are hurting but my trainer has told me that is natural. It will pass by next week. Good!

I spent 1hr 10 mins in gym four times a week. I am hoping that i get the courage to wear a swimsuit soon so that i can swim on my days off. I used to love swimming but have been too self conscious to get in a swim suit for 10 YEARS!

Argh

So here goes. If i don't lose it this time i seriously dunno what i will do.
 
Yesterday to eat.
2 shakes
3 herbal teas
Apple
Banana
Potatoes, Cabbage, 2 slices of boiled back bacon.

Gym.
Threadmill 20 mins
Rowing machine 15 mins
Exercise bike 10 mins
Lat pull down, 4 sets of 20 reps
1 arm dumbbell rows, 3 sets of 20 reps
Bend over rowing, 3 sets of 25 reps
Hyperextension, 3 sets of 15 reps
Abbs with roller, 5 sets of 10 reps.

Clothes are getting lose. Yesterday i felt crap but feeling ok so far today
Today is my day off from the gym. Thinking of going swimming but have read its not much good for losing weight? I thought it was the best thing
 
Today i have been trying to lose weight with four weeks! I'm surprised i have actually lasted this long.

I am starting to feel so much better and it's probably the multivitamins but whatever it is it's working. I have more energy than i have had in years. I actually jump out of bed at 6am now when i used be dragged out kicking and screaming at 9am.

Weight in and measurements was this morning. I am down another 2ibs. I'm quite happy with that this week because i really felt it was gonna be stuck and not move. However i only lost 1cm!

Went to the gym last last again going cardio and weights for an hour and a half.

Have to go again this evening and then i have a two day break

Anyone know if swimming is any good for you. Thinking of going on the gym days off? Any suggestions.
 
Will weigh and measure tomorrow. I am really dreading it this week. I haven't missed any gym time or anyting but i have been working shiftwork and i know i'm all over the place and fear i'm gonna lose nothing! Ugh. Time will tell.

Congrats on the previous weight loss!! And good luck on the upcoming weigh in, I know how it is, try not to worry to much about it. Bad or good, you always have the next day or week to make up for it. :)

Noooo. You have been LOSING weight for four weeks! Not trying. *grin*

I don't know about the swimming. But you're doing great!

THis has been the worst day for me so far. I think its cause loads of personal issues have happened and previously suffered from depression and tried harming myself and today is the first time in a long time i have felt UGH! I just want to stuff my face now to be honest. It's late here and i'm finished work in few mins so going home straight to bed. Sod Men, Sod Work, Sod this blubber. ha. Oh well tomorrow is another day. I might get out of bed on the right side this time ;)
 
As expected. Lost nothing. Still the same. Oh well next week is another week so just gonna try make up for it this week.
 
Aww! *big hugs* Hang in there.....you CAN and WILL do it! I've been there....losing nothing. Can be depressing, but just refocus and look to next week :D

I had to get on the scales and see if it moved again so it was down 2ibs. So kinda happy about that. Gonna try and make a big loss this week so i can get back on target! Man trying to lose weight is draining isn't it.
 
Those no loss times are hard. If you are doing the right things it WILL happen. Wow! You have lost heaps already. Good on you! :) :)

Havent posted here in ages.

I went totally off the rails over the christmas and went up to 186 from 183. Finally got back down to 183 and terrified and i am gonna be stuck in the 180's forever. Feels like i have been here forever anyway. Back on track properly today. Following it to a T

Man trying to lose weight is draining isn't it.
It can be. Especially at first. Once you lose a little weight and get into the exercising it's mostly energizing!! Personally I need to be careful about keeping the balance right - healthy foods and not too little not too much - and then "Yay - full of beans!!"
