hey i need some help i want to lose about 10 pounds in fat and the way that i'm eating i know wont cut it so i need some help with what should i eat what not to eat help me out thanks
 
just eat healthy no junk food and have 6 meals a day but, thats only the start if you want to loose wieght, its going to involve get this... exercise.. more exactly running or cardio its the quickest and healthist way to lost fat. just keep it up and youll start noticing results
