DeFranco's Westside for Skinny Bstrds Question

This might be obvious and I am just missing something but on the Upper Body Max Effort workout on this page...



The Westside for Skinny Bstrds. Do I rotate the main focus lift and the supplementals every week?

Also for the repetition Thursday, do I do the same lifts as on Monday but on the more repetitions variation?

Might be obvious and I am overanalyzing but I just wanted to be sure.
