I am a 21 yr old male. I am a competitive rower who lifts regularly. My diet is very balanced and healthy. Question/problem- I want to define ("tone") my muscles more. Everything I read just tells me to loose fat. I don't have any fat. I do not want to gain limp bulky muscle (and that is what it seems like 1.5 yrs of lifting has gotten me). Is toning really a myth? Do high reps define muscle more than low reps? I can't find any information for someone who has no weight to loose!
