Decrease Body Fat %

Im 15, i have about 8-9% body fat and im 5.7-5.8"
Im aiming for about 5-6% body fat
What do I need to follow
Diet low in Fat + Cardio?

IMO, you didnt give enough personal information to enable a person to attempt to give accurate advice.

For example. One could be 5' 7", and 8% BF, and be anorexic, and therefore likely very unhealthy, because of the individual variables present from one person to the next.

Add in your hgt, and weight, (and a pic, if you are comfortable), and as much information you can in order to have us help you.

sports: lacrosse

Diet: Not too strict:
No pop, no fast food, no outside of house junk food
I dont grab a bag of chips for a snack i grab a fruit or vegetables
with a glass of milk

Breakfast: 3 eggs with toast and milk or 4 home made 4french toast with milk
or 3 homemade pancakes with milk or cereal if i got work

Snack : Milk / vegtables or fruit

Lunch : Sandwich canned tuna / chicked (costco chicken spicy wings :D) /
ground beef sandwich, any one of these with vegetables tomato (before sallmonella poisoning)
onions, etc.

Snack : Same thing as other snack or 4 slices of whole wheat or brown bread with margarine and jam with milk

Dinner: Varies alot, lentils, chicken, beef, stir fry..........

Dessert: Rare, usually ice cream and apple pie

Snack: Cereal

*The cereals arent fruit loops and that crap, its mostly a cereal high in fibre which is mostly all cereal is good for
so something like golean crunch, shreddies, or flax cereal, or porrage with brown sugar and 1 banana in it.

My cardio routines are just running for 30 minutes plus some lunge jumps, box jumps, stair machine, bike, elliptical,
pretty much as much calories as I can burn in a day too burn off at least 1/4 of what i ate in a day.

1) I would take out the pancakes. Even though you're young, and your metabolism is probably on FIRE, there really is no reason to eat pancakes everyday for breakfast. The french toast is fine, assuming it's being made with whole wheat and not white bread.

2) Replace your cereal snack with something like veggies and peanut butter. Or cheese strings. IMO, you don't have enough healthy fats in your diet. Someone your age needs OMEGA 3-6-9 fats and mono/polyunsaturated fats to help boost testorterone and keep your joints healthy
 
honestly at 15, you're a growing boy...your weight and bodyfat and height are going to change, sometimes pretty rapidly.

I would KILL to have 8% bodyfat. 5% bodyfat is paperthin skin, and isn't exactly healthy to maintain for long periods. That's about where pro-bodybuilders diet down to, right before a competition (as well as dehydrating themselves and avoiding carbs).

I think you should just keep going where you are. in 2 months you might grow 2", changing the height/weight/fat ratios (that you seem a little overly concerned about).
