Dear Diary and all forum friends,
I'm Alita, a new comer
.
I was 58kg in June 2009. I was so stressed in the past few months, and all i did to release my stress was EATING. And now, my current weight even makes me feel even worse.
I'm 21 yrs old, 1.62m tall, 70 kg with DD cup, i lost all my confidence to go out and make new friends.
I planned to change my outlook or at least get back to my old form.
My exercise routine:
1 hour doing Yoga everyday ( i'm just a beginner)
200 cal burned by walking fast on the treadmill ( try to increase slowly)
About 1200 cal intake per day.
2l of water.
Hope i can get back to 58kg in 4 months.
