deadlift

i did the deadlift for the first time in about a year today...i originally stopped doing them becuase they aggravated a shoulder injury, but never really started up. i figured that squats were a more than suffcient mass builder...but man...nothing can compare to the complete metabolic assault i expereinced deadlifting today. i feel like every muscle in my body is depleted. i feel great!
 
the deadlift is definatly in the top 3 exercises.. it's impossible to determine which exercise is best (between deadlift, benchpress, and squats) they're all great exercises that offer great results
