Deadlift Form Check

Just picked up a barbell set, and I'm learning how to deadlift.
Did a bunch of lifts, upping the weight until it felt difficult. So here is a video @ 225. Please give me pointers on my form! I don't want to go heavier until I know what I'm doing
And I realize I'm deadlifting in socks...
I don't know how much I should be feeling it in my lower back, don't wanna hurt myself, so the best I can do is hope I can get good form

EDIT: I've been working on it some more and been adjusting my back, shoulder tension and trying to push out my chest a bit more. It's almost eliminated the stress on my lower back/lumbar and I'm feeling a lot more in the thoracic region which methinks is a very good thing

your lower back looks a bit weird to me, make sure it's arched. Also, you're stopping short. Make sure you lock out and bring your hips all the way through at the top of the lift.

I've changed my back a little and it's much more comfortable now. I'll be sure to make sure I'm locking out the hips every time. Thanks.
I did 245 a bit later with my back and stuff positioned a bit better and it felt easier than the 225 was

Drop your butt more if you can. When i dead lift i pretty much start with my quads parallel to the floor so when i start that initial pull im pretty much standing straight up thus my back never really bends or anything at all. Front Squats and good mornings are great to do to help with your deadlifting
