Ok I was playing basketball today and I got by FAR the WORST DEAD LEG that I have ever had, and I have had a lot!
I don't know how it hurt so bad, but I literally crawled off the court.
Anyway, what can I do to help this? I have iced it twice (15 mins each), and I try to keep moving it so it doesn't get stiff, but I would do ANYTHING for some type of extra fast healing from this, especially since I got a football game tomorrow
