What's up everyone! I stumbled upon this forum and I'm eager to help others out or even ask some questions of my own! I'm using DDP Yoga to get back into shape and so far I'm on Day 12. What a rush! You speak of eating lots of veg - but I hope that you are eating lots of healthy other things too...
Vegetables are indeed really good for us - especially if we have a good mixture of different kinds - hitting lots of different colours. A cardiologist that I know always says that we benefit if we see a rainbow on our plate. :)

It is great that you are enjoying your new exercise regime.
