Dayamineral to gain mass?

Gain Mass=Eating. Forget the supplements, just eat good food. ;)

but,
you have to agree that bodybuilders that are in competitions in fact use a lot of supplements to gain mass,
what are your views on this?

Perhaps but there also at that level where the supplements will actually work for them. You won't get anything out of a supplement just starting out. Just get on a high protein diet and such. You could take whey protein after you workout for a quick dissolving protein after you workout. This is recommended by the way to have good post-nutrition so you can help recover quicker and more efficientely.

Generally they take them because they are free.

I take them because they help a little above and beyond my food, at 320 lean pounds it gets hard to eat enough.
