DAY ONE AND NOT ONE DAY...

This week I just plan to start off writing my plans for the week.
1. Just to decide in advance how much I am going to eat
2. Start off with a little exercise each day.
Tomorrow
Breakfast
one fruit (perhaps an apple) and 1 cup of uppma if I am feeling really hungry maybe I can add another half a cup
Lunch
Rotis and some side dish with a little curd.
Evening
Some fruit - some papaya
Night
One cut of oats + fruit
Exercise
Take my dog for a walk
Do meditation for 5 min

Tomorrow I will update and let you know how it went

Hi Arc and welcome to the diaries! I don´t know what uppma is and Google is being unhelpful but unless it´s something very substantial you probably aren´t eating enough to give your body all it needs for healthy, long term weight loss. Other than that I think planning ahead is the most important part of losing weight.

Hi, Arc & welcome to the forum. :iagree: with LaMa. It doesn't sound like you are eating enough calories for healthy, long-term weight loss. I googled uppma & came up with this-

You really need a balance of good quality protein, vegetables & fruit.
How much weight do you want to lose? Do you know how many calories you are consuming?
