So I went from
5000 calories a day to ~1200 all in fruit and veggie form
zero water to 64-100oz a day
3 energy drinks a day to zero caffeine
4-5 cans of Pepsi to zero sodas
So, I'm on day 6 of 60. I was going to post a video blog I did yesterday but I just don't think I'm quite ready for that, lol.
Day 1 The start was easy, mainly because I was excited to start. The day got more difficult because I had to work (waitress) and watch the entire place eat lunch but I got through it. Unfortunately I didn't drink enough water so I was very fatigued/hungry by the end of the night, so I made myself go to sleep so I didn't cheat.
Day 2, a little more difficult. I was more tired than usual and hadn't exercised at all. I was ready to go to bed by 7 but couldn't because I had duties to tend to, lol. Also, both day 1 and 2, I was lucky to get in 4 glasses of water—this was a struggle!
Day 3,4 and 5 were horrible. I finally got some days off from work, which helped because I can barely get off the couch. I basically felt really good in the morning then almost killed my boyfriend out of frustration by 8pm. I am terribly hungry and I am having intense cravings. If a pizza had been in front of me I would have eaten it!!
However, I got in 8 glasses of water so far. This was hard because I have to force myself to drink more, lol.
Day 6, so far it sucks because Aunt Flow decided to visit me this morning! Furthermore, I had a genius idea to add cayenne pepper to our juice and now its too dang spicy!! On the bright side, I have been chugging water down to rid the spiciness lol
