day 4..still trying to get this right!!!

Thank you newbride02 and pinkydolly for your suggestions, i will definitely take them on board. Today is day 4. i know i haven't lost any weight yet cause still i am not 100% good. I was really good today until i got home from work. I had some lollies - my biggest weakness!!! It was my sisters b'day and it was fish and chips for tea. so i had 2 calamari rings and 3 fresh prawns with salad. i also had a few hot chips cause they looked so good. i thought that was really good that i could stop at that but then the chocolate birthday cake came and out....well i have no willpower whatsoever!!!! you get the picture i am sure...

So tomorrow will be a new day, a better one i hope. i stocked up this arvo on fresh fruits and salads. i have a session with my personal trainer in the morning and i am planning on putting in some extra cardio before work. I know that once i get myself on the healthy eating band wagon i will do great things...but i just don't have the steam to get motivated yet. i don't know what it is. i keep myself busy with work and uni and study. i need some willpower to just say no.

I really hope that tomorrow nights post will be a more positive one saying that i have actually gone one whole day without disappointing myself by eating something naughty.
 
day 5 and much brighter

I am really happy with how well i did today. no sneaking little extras. i stuck to my diet plan and nothing more. :p

b'fast 1/2 english muffin with honey. 2 dried apricots and prunes
lunch pita pocket with tuna and salad
dinner bowl vegies with gravy

snacks
2 x apples
150g yoghurt with 6 strawberries

exercise
1/2 session with personal trainer
40 minutes cardio

plus i was running around at work tonight...even delivered 2 babies!!!

hoping tomorrow is another good day!!! :D
