Day 3

Good morning,
To day is my third day on my get fit journey. Water has become my best friend I try to drink as much as I can daily. I feel a bit more energetic then normally and I quite like it. I am normal tired all the time and found myself taking naps any chance I got.
I also been making sure not to over eat. I know for me that's was a big reason I put on more weight last year. I found myself over indulging a lot. Also I pick up emotional eating over the years. I finally accepted that I tend to eat more when I'm emotional and I hope that I can get that under control.
I decide to cook breakfast this morning I had two scramble eggs and pineapples with a glass of water. I usually skip breakfast but I know I have to quit doing that cause I end up over eating later in the day because of it.
I haven't took on exercising as of yet I want to get in the habit of eating right and drink water before I add exercise into my journey.

Good idea starting your day off with a healthy breakfast. It helps set you up for the day.
Most of us are emotional eaters & getting that under control is a big one. A good quote is- "If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution."

Thanks for the warm welcoming. I also appreciate the motivational quote or quotes in general...I think I did fairly well today. Im going out to eat for dinner so I made sure to eat light for breakfast and lunch. My goal was to be full by not pack on the calories
