Day 3 Coming - I Am Gonna Kick Its' Butt

Day 3 is coming tomorrow. I am really excited about kicking its butt. What Usually happens on day 3 to people? How can I avoid stumbling? Is it true things get way easier after the third day? I have eaten good, excellent foods for a couple days now and I don't want to stumble. Any advice????
 
as longas you haven't deprived yourself just keep doing what you're doing.

think positive... if you believe you will be successful - thats more than half the battle...

plan b: encase yourself in bubble wrap and if you do stumble it will make a really fun popping noises and if you roll around you'll have so much fun popping you'll forget about food :) bubble wrap is your friend :)

but belief in yourself is a better ally :)

I want to prepare and that is why I am asking for people who stumble on day 3 to let me know why they have. I am not expecting anything but success. Part of my success is research and preparation.

i'm not sure day 3 is the magic day to stumble - but most people i've found go off track because the plan they've picked for themselves is so restrictive that they just crave what they're not allowed and it leads toa binge..

everything in moderation and paying attention avoids that
 
Still Going strong

The key has been to not deprive myself at night but to eat within my caloric range all through the day. I have not cheated once and I fell unreal. I am so fortunate to have found this site and I thank God for empowering me and helping me find this site.
