Started yesterday, have a very big load to lose! And had my first cheet.....boohoo. Ok but cleaned out the fridge and started a new today.....why oh why is it so hard, and the road so long!
 
Breakfast - 200ml fat free yoghurt, 3 provita's and pear

Lunch - 100g venison, 90 g mix veg and apple

Supper to follow.....hungry!
 
Hey Ciska, how's it been going since last week? I think you'll find that if you put your updates in the weight loss diary section, you'll get more feedback and you'll also get to see what others are doing for weight loss.
