So I have been stugling with weight for as long as I can remember. its been slow but I have always gained weight and never lost any. The only time I slimed down is when I broke my jaw and was forced not to eat. But as soon as I could eat, I put the weight back on slow so I didnt notice until I was unhappy again. That was about 10 years ago and NOW I have to make a change! Today I am at 170 and very unahppy. I'm about 5'5 and turning 24. I am also starting a gluten free diet to try to get rid of my eczema. So here is to day one! wish me luck
