It is a global diet that promotes a varied diet rich in fruits, vegetables, cereals, fish, white meat, seeds, 0% dairy products, etc.

No nutritional category is excluded, but a limitation is recommended for salt, sugar, sodas, fats and red meats.

While foods associated with lower blood pressure are advised: potassium, magnesium, calcium, protein and fiber, as it defined as a dietary approach to stop hypertension.
