Daily training if without sores?

Hello.

Im a 24yo male from malaysia,175cm(~5'9" i think),around 80kg(~176lbs).

Well,my question is that, ive only just started to be more serious in making my body more defined and to lose some of my stomach fats(lol),and im wondering is it ok for me to do my workout daily?Because i have experience relatively no soreness. I mean, the soreness while doing and just finishing the reps,i feel. But the soreness goes away by the next day.

Ive been doing home exercises with a barbell(15kg max) & dumbells(8kg),since im just only starting using weights,im starting small, better safe than sorry i think :D & read that to define its better with less weight. But yeah,i have no experience, just from what ive read & seen.

These are the routines ive been doing for the past 3days,with the soreness gone by the next day:
Squats(back,front & overhead)-3reps of 8 of each
barbell curls-3reps of 10
deadlifts-3reps of 6
barbell presses-3reps of 10
upright rows-3reps of 8
hammer curls-2reps of 8
reverse crunch-2reps of 12
crunch-2reps of 10
bicycle-2reps of 30secs

but those are done within a period of ~1.5hours. So is it ok for me to do these routines everyday if i feel no soreness?

Well no, you need to rest a couple days before working the same muscles again. Your muscle gains are made during rest, not during your workouts. If you are not letting them rest then you are not going to get far.

And just because you're not sore it does not mean that your workout isn't working.

Here is a link that explains the importance of rest and recovery:

Thanx for the reply :D before i thought that the muscle grows as long as the sore is still there, thanx for clarifying that for me :)
