hey i turned 22 this Oct 6th and i would like to build some body mass. and grow a lil bit bigger.. im 5'9.. i think thats tall enough.. but i was to build up a lil mass too..
for that i bought some 100% whey protein from GNC.
but im a little bit skeptical its intake.. presently.. i go to the gym.. i either play badminton.. or swim ..or workout.. and once i come home i drink a glass of milk mixed with two table spoons of whey protein..
then later i have my dinner too.. is that a good diet that i shud be following.. since some of my friends say that the whey protein powder shud be taken before going to play or gym..
could you suggest anything on this...
