Hey again!
My 2nd thread here and again it's a large part of "Cycling and water"
1)
I recently read that a lot of professional cyclists get impotent because of spending so many hours in the cycle seat...
I am trying to lose weight / get in shape and am concerned because I spend around 45mins-1 hour cycling at the gym.
Is that bad? Anybody have any idea how much cycling is "coming into the red / bad with chances of going impotent"?
2) Water.
When I am working out and pushing myself I sweat a lot, and I love it as it "feels" like I am working out.
It kind of tells my mind thats my reward, as crazy as that may sound.
I get very thirsty but make it a rule never to touch a drop of water while working out as that would be "cheating", after my workout
I drink 2-3 glasses.
Is the above healthy or is it better to drink water while working out?
Any advise appreciate, sorry if the questions are too weird.
Thanks,
Ryan
