Cutting

Ok so I have decided to really cut. Get some serious Abs whatever it takes. Theres alot of stuff I need to know about first.

I am 17 years old, 6ft, 175 lbs

How much protein,carb,cal a day ?

Is working on punchbag a good cardio for doing every morning ?

Is metabolism and testerone really that important ?

Is there any excercises that can straighten out my lowerback ?

Feel free to give me some more advice on cutting
 
X you bodyweight by 16 and reduce %20 to start. Monitor your calories and adjust according. Eat protein in every meal and eat breads, pasta etc only for breakfest. All other carbs should be veggies and fruit. Drink lots of water.

Bag work is excellent cardio.

Deadlifts will strengthen you lower back.

If your serious about cutting you need to start strength training.
 
When should I take my creatine, before or after workout ?

Does Whey Protein have much cals ?

What gind of foods can I eat at night ?
