alright well i'm 17 years of age senior in high school i have recetnly been bulking for about 5 months and everyone has complimented me including parents and friends about how i look much bigger stronger and just overall great lol. So now i just have a lilttle fat to lose around the pooch area to bring out those lower abs a bit more and this is wat it is. I have added the 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week as well plus the weight training every other day.
7: Small bowl of Low Fat Granola Cereal, with banana
930-10: 2 clemintines
1130-12:turkey and cheese sandwhich on whole weat bread-(1 piece of cheese)....and a small cup of applesauce
130-2: apple, nutrigrain bar
4: some other type of fruit or vegetbale
6: what ever my mom makes for dinner....most of the time nice healthy meal.
and always drinking water!!!
