Cutting and Cardio

While cutting, when is the best time to do cardio? I work out 3x a week. Should I do cardio on non workout days? Should I do cardio on workout days and HIIT on non workout days? Thanks in advance guys, looking forward to your replies

If your cutting do HIIT 3-4 times a week and do full body training 3 times a week. And lift heavy for strength (reps under 5, high intensity) since you can't build mass while cutting. Try this plan (HIIT is anerobic so don't do it on the same day as weights)
Day 1- Weights
Day 2- HIIT
Day 3- Rest
and then repeat. Also, if your cutting, remember dieting is the most important. Get 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight minimum, so if your 160 Pounds, get at least 160 protein per day. Tuna is your best friend in cutting.

And some supplements if you need them, though not neccesarry
Hydroxycut (very good for cutting)
Whey Protein (Cheap, and if you can't get enough protein).

I know you asked just one question, but I thought I might throw in more. Hope this helps.

Thank you bro, but one thing tho, I cant fit in that schedule... Since my workout days have to be monday, wednesday and friday. [I have school, and dont have my car fixed yet]. Soo, HIIT just on non workout days maybe?

Weight lift on m/w/f and HIIT on t/thurs. Also, if you want, you can do HIIT on Saturday too. Have at least 1 rest day on the weekends.

So what do I do on non HIIT days? Normal cardio? I gotta do something dont I? Because if I only do HIIT 2x a week, its too little right?

do weight training on the days you dont do hiit. weight training 3 x a week and hiit 2, you need some rest days aswell.
