hi guys I am currently doing cardio every single day. I'm cutting right now and does no weights at all. so my question is should I at least train weights for one day? on another forum the people said I should not bulk and cut at the same time and that I will not be able to see changes
will I lose a lot of muscle mass if I keep on going like this? I'm planning to bulk after cutting I have notice that people do cardio and pull weights at the same time and see results will you please give me some advice? thanks
