Cutting and bulking question ? Newbie thanks

hi guys I am currently doing cardio every single day. I'm cutting right now and does no weights at all. so my question is should I at least train weights for one day? on another forum the people said I should not bulk and cut at the same time and that I will not be able to see changes  will I lose a lot of muscle mass if I keep on going like this? I'm planning to bulk after cutting I have notice that people do cardio and pull weights at the same time and see results will you please give me some advice? thanks

here is some info about me
age:16
gender: female
weight: 132 lbs
height: 165 c.m
total calorie intake : 1752 cal
my diet consist of lean meat and veggies skim milk whole wheat stuff etc

cardio everyday is a no no.. lol, 5 days should be perfect. lifting weights gets your metabolism goin pretty quick, so it's definatly reccomended for anyone, bulking or cutting. Full body routines are optimal for trying to burn fat, because all the muscles will be burning calories like crazy.. IMO, for bulking and cutting i dont change my lifting routine, i merely add 1 more day of cardio, and adjust my diet accordingly (<~ as you will find out that makes ALL the difference in the world)

I guess I'll do 5 days of cardio and in the five days I will pick two days to do light cardio and do some weights thanks for your advice

I fully agree with Mreik: too much cardio, and definitely include weight lifting while cutting. And a proper diet is crucial.
