Cut Cut Cut !

what should you do to get cut? ( 13 yr old ) . i have access to a gym. and what cardio and how long and stuff. ( hiit program thing ) . which exercises . how many reps ( high / low ) . those kinda things thanks.
 
yeah, its extremely hard to get 'cut' at age 13. Just start doin alot of pushups/situps/pull-up's/sprints. that when when you age a little more, you'll already be a beast, and have the stamina to keep up with some intense workouts.
 
yes very bad idea to lift weights at your age, just do workouts that use your own body weight, like the ones listed above. you can seriously deform your bones if you lift at your age.
