Hi everybody....time to show it all (yikes). I took this pic a few days ago. At my heaviest I was 195...I currently weigh 185 and my final goal weight is 155. So I have about 30 more pounds to lose. I will use this as my "Before Pic". I am 5'7" with a medium - large frame.

Thanks Steve....I love my curves...I just want them to be a little smaller and a lot more toned! lol
