Curl bar

A curl bar looks sopmewhat ike this > ~. to work out your biceps, do you grab the inside or the outside, or either or? Thanx
 
thats called an "E-Z bar", for biceps you want your grip to be shoulder width apart. regular curl you have your palms facing away from your, reverse curl you plams facing toward you. remeber a bicep is 2 muscles use both methods to work both muscles.
