Cup of tea?

I normally drink two cups of tea a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
I find that it fills me up and makes me not want to eat for a while.
But i was just wondering, will this effect my weight loss?
I havn't heard anything about this, so i'm just curious, thanks!
 
If you drink tea instead of eating extra this or that, it should have a positive effect on your weight, no?
 
Ive heard that green tea can speed up your metabolism a bit. I drink 2 cups a day and I think that it does, but thats just me, and green tea has 0 calories:) . Also tea contains caffiene, and is a diretic, so drinking more water would be beneficial.
 
My wife say pu-erh tea also speeds metabolism and can help with indigestion. I have that my wife is always right, so I believe;)
 
green tea helps speed up your metabolism. I try and drink atleast 1 cup of it a day. I think it helps too.
 
I heard that even normal tea has "good stuff" in t but don't ask me what it is.:confused: I find that whenever I have an upset stomach a cup of tea nearly always puts it right again!:)
