cup of noodles

instant cups? no... simply because of the sodium, msg. Fat isn't great either...

However, I think the ramen raijmen? packaged noodles aren't as bad as people think. They're not exactly healthy with about 10% fat, 15% saturated fat and 20% sodium, but you can adjust the seasoning for a little extra health if you're eating a quick lunch.

Personally, I add two eggs, leave a little seasoning in the package, add some oregeno (if its chicken or oriental) and maybe a couple other seasonings when I'm at home and want a mid night snack.

Eggs by themsevles would be healthier and whites even better but you could do worse. Same thing with t.v. dinners... I think they both get bad raps for being "instant"... the instant cup of noodles are worse though, and you can't adjust the seasoning like you can with the packaged dried instant noodles (nissin, manchurian, etc).

Keep in mind I'm saying "they're not that bad".

Which is far from being good for you. :)
