We were passing the time at the beach, burying my girlfriend's little sister. I wasn't posing or flexing for the pictures so these are how I look in everyday life and are not very flattering pics of either of us. I'm trying to get more cut and I need to work my legs more. Any feedback and or tips are appreciated! Thanks.

Can't tell the back or legs. You look like you have really good upper front body development.

But yer gf is cute.

good job man. you're lookin more and more like the punisher everyday. just dont buy guns though... i know ur in texas, but... hahahahahahah just playin. once again, excellent progress.

ya my back could use some work, i do lat pulls, pullups, some machine where you put weights on it and pull it towards you(dont know what its called) and a couple dumbell excercises, but nothinngs really working, what do all of yall do for your backs?

Crow for your back start doing pull-ups like this. Set a goal of 30 total pull-ups when you walk in the gym. Do 5 at a time taking 45-60 sec rests in between. Make sure you feel ALL your movements. You can try bent over rows. Your core will get sore and it will take time to adapt to this. These will eventually lead to bigger and better things. In the meantime you can still hit your back hard. I like to go on the incline bench and set a barbell a little less weight then my bench press and pull up with an under hand grip. (My gym doesn't have the incline bench with the rowing bar) That kills the middle lats without tiring my core and arms which I think is essential. With deadlifts I have the same problem, my other parts get tired before my back. So, I started doing rack pulls from right around the knee area with a heavy load. Also, I do pull-ups close to the ground you know the low bar? I do these at home with a bar between two chairs and pull-up. Heavy shrugs are good too. Just keep experimenting with different rowing and pulling movements to see what works for you. And reading as many articles as you can.

Lookin good Crow..
